About Us
At Allied, our wound care specialists deeply care about the recovery of those we serve. Our team consists of medical professions including physicians, nurse practitioners, and experienced wound care nurses. Each of which are individuals dedicated and passionate about serving the needs of patients, who require wound management.
Our wound care providers work in conjunction with other medical professionals involved in a patient’s medical management to develop treatment pathways that strive for optimal wound healing and overall well-being.
Wound care services and consults are provided in a post-acute care setting/ facility and are based on the individual patient’s wound care needs. There, we work to achieve optimal healing and well-being for our clients.
Our Approach:
Our providers make frequent wound care rounds to address needs at the post-acute/facilities with a member of the respective facility team. This fosters coordination, communication and collaboration among providers, while promoting the best possible outcomes for the patient!
